some wins, lots of iteration. i like building simple things that help people and feel inevitable once you use them.

i also tinker with machine learning systems (RAG & memory, multi-agent workflows, video & world models), wrote numerous medical machine learning papers, shipped b2b infra, & taught machine & deep learning, and still happiest when the loop is:

idea → prototype → users → refactor → ship & repeat
